Free delivery is available for customers within the Nairobi CBD.
A KES 500 delivery fee applies to orders within greater Nairobi.
For deliveries outside Nairobi, a KES 1,500 delivery fee applies.
Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi and surrounding areas (delivery within 2–3 hours).
For major towns across Kenya, we offer next-day delivery.
Ordering Policy

Please place your order at least 2–3 hours before the desired delivery time to ensure availability and timely delivery.
Product Quality Policy
We use only fresh, high-quality flowers to prepare each order.
All products are hand-arranged and delivered with care.
If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours or as soon as the delivery person hands you flowers. We’ll get to work right away to make sure you’re satisfied.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and fresh products:
We do not accept returns for change of mind or after 24 hours of delivery.
Please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery person giving you the flowers, or sooner if you received the wrong item. Provide your order number and item photos.
Eligible refunds will be issued minus delivery charges, or we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
